SLEEP TIP OF THE WEEK - Be Prepared :) Clocks will change in Ireland this Saturday night/Sunday morning - to try to prevent your little ones rising any earlier from today you should start to gradually put them to bed a few minutes (preferably 15) later each night over the next few days - try to maintain a balance and make sure they don't end up going to bed over tired as we all know that doesn't help at all at all :) and even better if you can do the same with nap time - best of luck everyone and fingers and toes crossed for a gentle gradual transition for your little ones :)
